Hospital Equipment Renewal

This project focused on upgrading aging equipment in operating rooms across multiple hospitals in London, Ontario. Key improvements included the installation of advanced integration systems, high-resolution 4K monitors for enhanced surgical imaging, and state-of-the-art cameras, all aimed at improving patient outcomes and safety. The project required a highly collaborative effort to minimize disruptions to hospital operations. The multidisciplinary team included prime and sub-consultants, biomedical engineers, clinical project managers, infection control specialists, facilities management, maintenance staff, and Sodexo, working together seamlessly to deliver a successful outcome.
